Joe started with the Firm in 2019 as a law clerk to the Senior Managing Partner performing legal research and drafting documents in matters relating to civil litigation, administrative law, and health care licensing. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Editing, Writing & Media from Florida State University, awarded in 2017, and is a graduate of the College of Law at Florida State University, where he received a Juris Doctorate in May 2021.

On September 21, 2021, he was admitted to the Florida Bar, where he is licensed to practice in all state courts in Florida. Joe practices as an Associate Attorney in the Firm's Orlando office where he focuses on civil litigation, representation of licensed professionals, and facility regulation and licensing.
